Geneviève Diet joined the iSTAR Medical team as VP Human Resources in November 2022 with more than 20 years of experience in HR in multiple industries (telecom, consulting, FMCG, pharmaceutical and chemical).
Geneviève’s experience includes various positions in talent management, leadership development, organisational development and recently as HR Business Partner. With a background in applied economics, Geneviève speaks and understands business. Geneviève brings along a great dose of energy, strategic thinking and a pragmatic execution of initiatives that place the human factor at the heart of the business agenda. She works at individual, team and organisational levels to create a working environment where individuals can strive and can do their best work. Her challenging and yet coaching style help business leaders to own the people agenda with the same attention as the financial performance.
Geneviève holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Liège and speaks French, English and Dutch fluently.
